New Client Intake - 90 Minutes

Client history, check muscular skeletal alignment, muscle testing, Range of motion testing. Myofascial massage, discuss home care exercise and stretch.

60 Minutes

For short re-visit of a specific area. This is not a full body treatment. Please book a 90 minute treatment for full body.

90 Minutes

Full body Myofascial Release treatment.

Full body with a focus on longer sustained stretching and releasing of the entire fascia and muscular skeletal system.

Rehab Treatment - 60 Minutes

Taking client through a series of exercises and stretches suited to their specific needs for rehabilitation from injury. Rehab treatment requires that you do a new client intake appointment first.

Your First Appointment

Starting the Healing Process

Your first appointment will be a client intake consultation that includes client history, a full body assessment, first treatment and home care rehabilitation plan. We will go over your personal needs and discuss any challenges, discomfort and limitations you may be experiencing. Together we will identify your main concerns and set goals and objectives for your treatment. You may want to bring a pair of shorts so you are in comfortable clothing while being assessed.

Hands on therapy begins with massage of the Myofascial connective tissue where I feel for stiff or tightened areas. A portion of your treatment will be without oils or creams enabling me to accurately detect fascial restrictions and understand the appropriate amount of sustained pressure to facilitate healing and release. 

Taking a synergistic approach, I integrate a variety of techniques during treatment while focusing on my specialization of Myofascial Release Therapy. Treatment is adapted to the individual and each person I work with receives the therapy that addresses their unique needs at that particular time. 

If needed, together we can create a home care program to support your recovery. In order to facilitate your healing we will need to work together as a team. 

In order to release fascial restrictions more time is needed for the fascial tissue to “let go”. For this reason all treatments are at least 90 minutes.  Please note that under special circumstances (hospice or immobility issues) I will provide mobile treatments.  To book your appointment please CONTACT US.
